If you are looking for affordable transport to undertake your trip, Safarisource is for you! With its trusted tour operators you are assured of an affordable, safe and reliable way to undertake your trip.

Simply create a trip using the form on the left and we will give you a trip reference number. You will use this number or your email to edit/update your trip info and converse with bidders.
Once a trip has be created, it is sent to various trusted tour operators who bid on it; every bid is sent to you to decide which is best. Once you decide, you 'accept' and we send you additional information of the winning bidder.

Cancelling a trip: these things happen, a trip might not pan out. In case you created a trip and you'd like to cancel, kindly inform us at least 7 days before so we can inform the winning bidder/operator so s/he can try get another trip.

...for Van owners

If you have a van, simply contact and we will send someone to inspect your van.

Whenever there's a new trip logged, we will notify you via email and SMS so you can bid. You can reply to the SMS with the price and we'll consider that as your bid. Remember, you'll be bidding against other operators.

In case your bid for a trip is accepted, but then the trip is cancelled, you will receive an SMS/Email in a timely manner. You will also receive preference in the future trip bidding.
